About the Album

A VERY WOBBLY CHRISTMAS

Tired of the same old Christmas songs? So are the turnips.

E.J. Gold presents A Very Wobbly Christmas, a collection of ten outrageously funny holiday songs featuring hairy turnips, runaway Christmas puddings, twelve incompetent dinner guests, Good King Wobblepants, and other seasonal catastrophes.

It’s Christmas as Lewis Carroll might have imagined it after a long evening in a New Orleans jazz club.

Swinging big bands, Dixieland jazz, gospel, grand opera, medieval tavern music, and old-fashioned vaudeville collide in a glorious celebration of holiday nonsense.

These are songs designed to make you laugh out loud, sing along, and seriously question the judgment of the composer.

Ten songs. No sensible lyrics. Absolutely no nutritional value.

Give yourself a Christmas present you’ll never have to dust.
