Start Here — Write a Note

Fill in the three boxes and write your note. The form puts it into the right shape; you copy the result and send it to your team captain. Nothing is sent or saved by this page.

What goes in each box?
Site and folderThe site and folder the note is for. Best form: idhhb.com/materials/meditation. Easiest: copy the folder's address from the browser's address bar and paste it here; the form keeps the site name and drops the rest (https://, www., a page name).
Target pageThe page you are writing about.
In your folder: just its name, six-eggs.html.
A subfolder: just its name, tools.
On another of our sites: the full address, https://www.attentionpower.com/attentiasizer/.
Spelling matters: the page must really exist. Copying from the browser's address bar is safest.
Your codeThe initials you were assigned, 2 or 3 letters or digits: DW.
Your notePlain text, usually two to five sentences, in your own words. Each line becomes a paragraph. No HTML. Don't start a line with ## or @@, and don't use ::: anywhere.
Notes for several sitesThat's fine. Write one note at a time, copy each one, and put them all in one email with a blank line between them. Each note carries its own site and folder, so they can be sorted later.
