The Chronic
The Symposium for this month is a portion of Talk of the Month #20: The Chronic Defense Mechanism Against the Waking State: Part II.

This talk is an excellent follow-up to TotM # 16: 'Attack at Dawn: Establishing a Beachead into the Fourth Dimension', in which an exercise to bring the machine into the waking state is presented. In this next symposium we will continue to examine the Chronic Defense Mechanism, through which we avoid entry into the waking state. Many of you may have already read this talk as it exists in Mr. Gold's book 'The Human Biological Machine as a Transformational Apparatus'. We will continue focusing on the practical matter of identifying those moments when our personal Chronic Defense Mechanisms are stimulated and how we can use recognition of these moments to leverage ourselves into the Waking state.
