I came out of the "dream", happy to be alive and very excited to hear the CD of the recent music session that the band had done, just a week before the incident. I had a deep connection with the music that day, mainly because of something E.J. had said. It was the first time Matt played the sitar guitar and E.J. was chanting to his buddy Ganesha and other old friends. It was fantastic. The entire band was One. I listened to the CD over and over again. It helped me through some terrible pain when the hospital could do no more in that realm. It was the added little boost to help me relax into another level of consciousness. It was what I needed.

The energy E.J. is putting out is tremendous and the entire band is right there with him. I agree that we have a lot of good music in Cloister Recordings, but I have never experienced anything like this. This music needs to be out in the world. I am very grateful that E.J. has agreed to put this CD out, believing, I suppose, in my enthusiasm for the music. This is, in my opinion, without a doubt, is healing sound. I feel a flood of energy coming up through me whenever I listen to it. It opens the heart. It gives a feeling of expanding joyfulness. It offers the space of gratitude and it heals the spirit. You will want to dance.

E.J. has said more than once in relation to art: "The most any artist can hope for is an emotional response." This music has elicited emotional responses from me many times.

I am certain that the beautiful combination of your good wishes and readings, the amulets (had them pinned to my hospital gown) and this music helped to pull me away from a parallel world I did not want to go to and slip streamed me here.
