The next "report", as such, is from the trip I made across Canada on Via Rail - a 5- day event.

Most of the time I spent it in the Dome car, seeing for miles around as the train passes through the Rockies, the Prairies, on through the Lake District of Ontario to Toronto, Montreal and finally, on out to the Maritime provinces.

In the Dome car I met a Mrs Messer, whose husband was related to Don Messer, the famous fiddler from New Brunswick. She apparently had something ? burst in her brain about 3 yrs ago and was paralysed up and down her right side. She did not have pain but her right hand was seized in a fist. I noticed her condition as she sat across from me on the other side of the dome car. So I took the SuperBeacon over to her and said, "Here, hold onto this for a while, maybe it'll help your hand." At this point, I hadn't had any conversation with her and neither was I aware of what had happened to her. Being that she was from the Maritimes and we were basically living on the same train for 5 days, she had no problem just doing what I said. She let me help her get the small crystal gripper into her clenched fist and contentedly sat there enjoying the trip on Via Rail and the SuperBeacon. From then on she used it every day in the Dome car. To add to the effect for her, I let her wear and keep the Charm bracelet with her at night. She had a first class cabin with her daughter Tammy. They had boarded the train like I had, in Vancouver.

After 3 days of using the Beacon, she told me that her hand was loosening. Her daughter also tried the SuperBeacon and found it very relaxing. Moma Messer ( I forget her name now ) eventually wanted to know the prices of SuperBeacon and bracelet, but since she lived alone and could not manage to put the bracelet on, on her own, she decided not to pursue that and said she would think about getting a SuperBeacon, or possibly a Zone Box.
