Author of the ground-breaking death and dying guidebook, the American Book of the Dead [ABD], first published in 1971, Gold uses Diablo® II as well as his own video games to illustrate the bardo training principles of the ABD in Bardo Safaris, in which 6 or more avatars join him online for direct training.
